Our delicious Vegan Carrot Cake is an instant classic. Also available without Gluten.

Our classic vegan carrot sponge spiced with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and packed full of organic carrots, juicy sultanas, crushed pineapple and toasted walnuts. This cake is layered and coated with vanilla vegan cream cheese icing and topped with crushed walnuts, toasted coconut and Ruby’s handmade candied carrots.
