We offer a premium doorstep delivery service within the M25 and free collection from our Tunbridge Wells shop and our central London collection point.

If your postcode is not listed but you are within the M25 we can arrange a third party courier services. Please click on the price list below for an estimated cost of delivery. Please refer to the van prices as we are unable to send your order via bike due to the delicate nature of the product..

How do I check if you deliver to me?

Please enter your full postcode into our postcode checker found on the homepage. This will give you a cost for delivery. If you are happy to proceed you can start shopping and add delivery at the check out.

My postcode is not listed?

If your postcode is not listed but you are within the M25 I'm afraid we are currently unable to deliver to you. We can offer free collection from our Tunbridge Wells shop or central London collection point both of which can be selected at checkout. We are unable to deliver to other postcodes.

What days do you deliver?

We offer premium doorstep deliveries on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. If you need your order on a Monday, Wednesday or Sunday please select the delivery for the day before.

What time do you deliver?

Our deliveries are made between 8am-4pm. Delivery routes change daily so we are unable to give a more specific time slot. At checkout you can select a safe place to leave your delivery if you are out. You can also leave a request for a preferred AM or PM delivery request however this can not be guaranteed.

How do I know my order is out for delivery?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. This will include all the order details and delivery / collection day. If you see any errors please contact us to amend at hello@rubysoflondon.com. If all is listed correctly on your confirmation your order will be dispatched on the day you requested.

I need to change my delivery day or address?

Please contact customer service at hello@rubysoflondon.com so that we can arrange this for you. Please make sure this is done so before the day of delivery / collection as changes will not be able to be made once your order has been dispatched. There may be an extra charge if the new postcode falls under a different price category.

What if I am out when my delivery arrives?

If you are out the driver will try and call you on the number you provided when booking. I'm afraid only UK numbers can be contacted. If there is no answer your order will be left in the safe place you requested. If a safe place has not been provided the driver will do his best to find one or leave with a neighbour. If this is not possible then your delivery will be returned to our Tunbridge Wells bakery and you will need to rearrange another delivery which will be charged at the full rate.

My delivery has not arrived?

Due to traffic deliveries can over run at busy times of year. If you have still not received your delivery by 4pm please send an email to customer service - hello@rubysoflondon.com who will be happy to help. Please be advised the office is closed on weekends so emails sent at the weekend will be picked up when they arrive on Monday.

My delivery is damaged/not what I ordered?

Please inform the driver at the point of delivery . Please also contact customer service on 020 8858 6618 or email us at hello@rubysoflondon.com and we will look into the issue for you.

I am not going to make my collection time?

Your order will be ready to collect from the Tunbridge Wells shop 8am - 4.30pm / London collection point 10am - 3pm. If you cannot make these times please email customer service - hello@rubysoflondon.com. Your order will be kept for 24 hours however after this point will be discarded. No refunds will be applied for orders not collected.
