You are booking an Afternoon Tea reservation for Ruby's of London Tunbridge Wells Cafe located at 48-50 Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells Kent, TN1 1LU.

This booking is not transferable to other sites.

We require at least 72 hours notice of an Afternoon Tea reservation - available dates will be shown in the booking calendar - we are unable to offer additional dates at this time.

Full payment is due at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

We require 48 hours notice of cancellations - you must cancel via the confirmation email received at the time of booking with 48 hours notice to receive a refund - after this time cancellations and refunds will not be automatically available and will be at the discretion of management.

Tables are available for a booking time of 90 minutes, please speak to the team on the day if you require longer at the table and they will be able to advise if it is possible to extend.

We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your booking time, after this time your table will be released for other guests and your reservation marked as a no-show, in the event of a no-show reservation no refund will be available.

In the event of any delays to your arrival time we ask you to contact the café, where possible we will make adjustments to your reservation time and inform the kitchen of the delay.
