All orders must be placed online with a minimum of 3 days notice.

Can I change the flavours in selection boxes?

All our products are freshly made to order. Therefore we do not have any back stock to alter selection boxes or mix and match flavours.

I need a smaller quantities /size than stated online?

All our products are freshly made to order therefore we are unable to bake smaller batches. If you do require smaller quantities please visit one of our market stalls where you can buy products individually.

I can’t see the flavour I want?

If you cannot find your perfect flavour please feel free to contact us via email with your specific request and we will be happy produce the order as a bespoke request where possible.

I need my order sooner?

If you have missed the required 3 days’ notice you will be unable to select your required date online. Please do contact use via email or phone and we will be more than happy to fit in your order if at all possible.

Can I order over the phone?

No. We do not have the facility to accept payments over the phone therefore your order must be placed online. We are of course happy to discuss your order over the phone if you require additional information.

I need a themed or shaped cake?

We do not currently offer any shaped or themed cakes. We can of course provide you with a simpler decorated cake free for you to decorate and jazz up any way you like.
